Section 2-1-4-01-105.04

The Hearing Officer shall impose necessary restrictions to ensure an orderly and impartial proceeding. The testimony of the witnesses shall be upon oath or affirmation and the witnesses shall be subject to cross-examination. The proceedings shall be recorded.
