Either the accused or the Department shall have thirty (30) days from receipt of the Reviewing Officer's order within which to file a written request for a hearing. If a request for a hearing is made, a hearing shall be scheduled before a Hearing Officer within a reasonable time of receipt of a written request from the accused. Written notice of the date, time and place of such hearing shall be provided to the accused.
