Section 13A.303 - [Effective 1/1/2025] Record Of A Fraudulent Court

An offense under Section 37.13, Penal Code, may be prosecuted in any county:

(1) from which any material document was sent; or

(2) in which any material document was delivered. (Code Crim. Proc., Art. 13.27 (part).)
