Section 13A.302 - [Effective 1/1/2025] Perjury

Perjury or aggravated perjury may be prosecuted in any county in which:

(1) the offense was committed; or

(2) the false statement is used or attempted to be used. (Code Crim. Proc., Art. 13.03.)
