§ 8009. Obligations of the artisans

Every artisan, or artisanry production shop, shall engrave, print, write or affix a sign, or have engraved, printed, written or labeled on each artisanry work, product, goods or article, in a visible, clearly legible place, without damaging its essence, aesthetics, nature and quality, the phrase “Artisanry from Puerto Rico”, or any other determined by the Board, to let it be known and guaranteed that it is a Puerto Rican artisanry work or product.
