§ 153b. Modification of municipal limits

(a) To modify the municipal limit of San Juan through the conveyance of the plot of land in the Flamboyán Public Housing Project where apartments 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 37, 38, 39, 40, 41, 42, 43, 44, 45, 46, 47, 48, 49, 50, 51, 52, 53, 54, 55, 56, 57, 58, 59, 60, 61, 62, 63, 64, 65, 66, 67, 68, 69, 70, 71, 72, 73, 74, 75, 76, 133, 134, 135, and 136 are located; the plot of land where the park of the fourth extension of Country Club Urbanization is located, which abuts to the East with the San Antón Creek, and houses 828, 830, 832, 834, 836, 838, 840, and 805 on Dominica Street; houses 803, 801, 879, and 877 on Molucas Street in Country Club Urbanization; houses 802, 800, 878, and 876 on Mindanao Street in Country Club Urbanization; houses 857, 859, 861, and 863 on Curazao Street in Country Club Urbanization; houses 856, 858, 860, 862, 864, 866, and 868 on Borneo Street in Country Club Urbanization, as well as the plot of land in front of Borneo Street which abuts the San Antón Creek; the stretch on Carlos de la Torre Street, from the corner of Madagascar Street to the corner of J. Ray Street in Country Club Urbanization.

(b) The Planning Board is hereby directed to notify the municipal, Commonwealth, and federal agencies concerned, including the courts of justice, of the new layout and territorial limits of the municipalities of San Juan and Carolina, respectively.

(c) The municipality of Carolina shall amend its Territorial Ordinance Plan pursuant to the purposes of this section.

(d) The competent authorities shall amend and correct the municipal boundaries in the topographic quadrant of San Juan, as well as other important official maps in daily use such as the Zoning Map, the Cadastral Map, the Floodable Zones Map, as well as the Territorial Ordinance Plan Maps of the Municipality of Carolina.
