§ 153a. Modification of San Juan territorial limits

(a) To modify the municipal limits of San Juan through the transfer of the plot of land on which buildings 126, 127, 128, 129, 130, 133, 134, 135, and 136 of Luis Lloréns-Torres Housing Project that belong to the Municipality of Carolina; Building 124 to the South, with Marginal Street of Baldorioty de Castro Avenue; to the East, with Jupiter Street; and to the West with buildings 136, 133, 130, 128, 127, 126, and 125 of Luis Lloréns-Torres Housing Project.

(b) The Planning Board is hereby directed to notify the Municipal, Commonwealth, and Federal agencies concerned, including the Courts of Justice, of the new layout and territorial limits of the Municipalities of San Juan and Carolina, respectively.

(c) The Municipality of Carolina shall amend its Territorial Ordinance Plan pursuant to the purposes of this section.

(d) The Planning Board shall amend and correct the municipal limits in the topographic quadrant of San Juan, as well as in other important official maps in daily use such as the Zoning Map, the Cadastral Map, the Floodable Zones Map, and the Territorial Ordinance Plan Maps of the Municipality of Carolina.
