§ 628. Removal of Board members; vacancies

The Governor may remove any member of the Board for immorality, negligence or incompetence on recommendation of the majority of the Board. Any vacancy on the Board shall be filled by appointment of the Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Senate; it being understood, that the person designated to fill a vacancy shall serve until the expiration of the term for which the person whom he substitutes was appointed.
