The Governor of Puerto Rico may remove any member of the Board for negligence in the performance of his/her duties, or for having been convicted of a felony or misdemeanor that involves moral turpitude or any violation of the provisions of the “Domestic Abuse Prevention and Intervention Act”, §§ 601 et seq. of Title 8.
