§ 899. Exchange and sale of Government equipment by certain agencies—Rules for enforcement

The Secretary of the Treasury shall, with the approval of the Governor, prescribe rules for the enforcement of this section and § 898 of this title, and he may amend or repeal such rules from time to time, also with the approval of the Governor.
