§ 4355. Attributes when two or more partners entrusted with management

If two or more partners have been entrusted with the management of the partnership without their duties having been fixed, or without a statement having been made that one of them shall not act without the consent of the others, each one may severally exercise all acts of administration; but any of them may oppose the acts of the others before they have produced any legal effect.
