§ 4354. Powers of managing partner

The partner who has been appointed manager in the articles of copartnership may execute all administrative acts, notwithstanding the opposition of his partners, unless he should act in bad faith; and his power is irrevocable without legitimate cause.

A power executed after the agreement, without there having been stipulated therein that it should be conferred, may be revoked at any time.
