§ 4356. Agreement requiring consent of all managing partners

In case it should have been agreed that some of the managing partners are not to act without the consent of the others, the consent of all shall be necessary for the validity of the acts; and the absence or incapacity of any one of them cannot be alleged unless there should be imminent danger of a serious or irreparable injury to the partnership.
