§ 462. Outgoing Transition Committee—Procedure to comply with the provisions of §§ 458—477 of this title

(a) If the Outgoing Transition Committee refuses to meet or comply with the provisions of §§ 458—477 of this title, the Governor elect may file a mandamus before the Supreme Court to compel the Outgoing Transition Committee to meet, or to comply with the provisions of §§ 458—477 of this title.
