§ 2404. Landslides or materials on highways

The owners of uplands contiguous to the highway shall not farm, perform works, dig ditches or make excavations on the slope which serves as support to the highway in a manner that may weaken the land to the point of threatening to cause or causing slides of land or materials onto the highway.
