Violation of the provisions of §§ 2401 and 2402 of this title shall constitute a misdemeanor punishable upon conviction by a fine of not less than one hundred [dollars] ($100) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500), or imprisonment in jail for a term of not more than thirty (30) days and the violator shall be bound to restore the land to its original condition by repairing the damages caused.
