§ 674. Acquisition of real and personal property—Right to enter upon land or buildings

The Higher Education Council or the agents authorized by it shall have the right to enter, upon notification to the owner or his representative, any land or building for the purpose of examining and studying its conditions, for the purposes set forth in §§ 670—675 of this title.
