§ 675. Acquisition of real and personal property—Construction with other laws

The powers hereby granted are in addition to those granted to the University of Puerto Rico by any other act, and none of the provisions hereof shall be construed to limit or restrict the powers granted by said other acts to the University of Puerto Rico.
