206-38 Wyo. Code R. § 38-23
(a) All Wyoming eighth grade students shall be presented a one (1) week unit of instruction that provides an overview of the high school curriculum required to be successful for postsecondary work, standardized test requirements, scholarship availability including the Hathaway Scholarship, the requirements to earn the Hathaway Scholarship, and the effect of education on earning potential pursuant to W.S. 21-16-1308(b)(i)(C) through (D). Additional information about Stanley K. Hathaway, including biographical data and a description of his commitment to the State of Wyoming and to the promise of the youth of the State, shall be included.
(b) High schools shall be responsible for verifying whether or not students are on track to meet or have met Hathaway Scholarship curriculum requirements.
