Students attending more than one (1) eligible institution shall enter into a consortium agreement with the institutions. The agreement shall designate a home institution to be paid the entire Hathaway Scholarship amount for which the student qualified. The student shall be responsible for making proper payment to the host institution.
(a) The home institution shall be responsible for reporting disbursement of funds for the consortium student, and all institutions shall remit student enrollment and performance data to the Department.
(b) Other parties to the consortium agreement shall cooperate with the home institution to fulfill data reporting requirements.
