Section 61-16-5 - The United States Department of Agriculture's Guidelines and Procedures Applicable to the West Virginia Department of AgricultureThe following publications prepared and approved by the United States Department of Agriculture are applicable to the West Virginia Department of Agriculture, as determined by the Commissioner of Agriculture:
