Section 177-1-25 - Dressing Room25.1. A Commission inspector shall be in charge of and supervise the conduct of the dressing room, see that contestants and seconds are dressed in accordance with the rules, that tape, gloves and accoutrements are as required and there is no delay between bouts. The inspector shall see to it that one (1) set of boxers is ready to enter the ring while the preceding bout is in progress.25.2. No one shall be allowed in the contestant's dressing room except managers, seconds, representative of the Commission, or the promoter's representatives.W. Va. Code R. § 177-1-25
