Section 177-1-26 - Managers26.1. General. -- A manager may not attempt to select or insist upon the selection of any designated referee in a bout in which a boxer under his management is to appear, nor have the name of any referee included in the official contract covering such bouts.26.2. Assignments of interest. -- No assignment of a boxer's or manager's interest in a contract, or of any part thereof, shall be made without the written approval and consent of the Commission.26.3. Contracts to be filed. -- All copies of the contracts entered into between managers and boxers must be placed on file with the Commission for approval. A contract becomes null and void if any time during his term the manager is not duly licensed by the Commission.26.4. Limitation on earnings. -- A boxer is permitted to have one (1) manager. That manager is not allowed to receive more than thirty-three and a third percent (33 1/3%) of the ring earnings of a boxer.26.5. Limitation on supervision. -- Managers shall not have more than two (2) boxers under their management in any one (1) contest without special permission from the Commission.W. Va. Code R. § 177-1-26
