Section 177-1-24 - Interval Between Bouts

In addition to any federal requirement, a contestant shall not be permitted to compete in a sanctioned contest if he or she has fought within six (6) days prior. The Commission shall have the discretion to extend the interval between bouts up to a maximum of fifteen (15) days if the Commission determines that the health or safety of the contestant would otherwise be in jeopardy. The requirements of this section shall not apply to Semi-Professional style events authorized under Sections 46 and 46a of these rules.
