Section 74:02:01:32 - Applications for temporary permit - Telephone requests

The chief engineer shall furnish application forms for a temporary permit upon request. The applicant shall complete the application form and submit it to the chief engineer. The chief engineer may accept telephone requests for a temporary permit at the chief engineer's discretion.
