Section 61:08:09:04 - Appeal from decision by inspector

An appeal may be taken to the Office of the Fire Marshal by any person affected by the decision of an inspector. An appeal filed pursuant to this section is a contested case pursuant to SDCL 1-26. The fire marshal's decision is final.
