Section 41:04:06:05.02 - Placement of buoys

In situations in which a department supplied sign would be impractical or not provide conspicuous notice to the public of closed portions of nonmeandered waters, the landowner shall acquire and set buoys in compliance with ARSD 41:04:06:05.03.
