Section 41:04:06:05.01 - Placement of department supplied signs

If a landowner closes a portion of the nonmeandered waters overlying their land and a sign would provide conspicuous notice of the restricted areas, the landowner shall place a sign supplied by the department to mark the body of water closed. Department supplied signs shall be used to mark closed portions of frozen nonmeandered waters. Signs shall be placed in accordance with § 41:04:06:05.03.
