An educator with a mentor school counselor education specialist certificate is eligible to support professional learning experiences in a field-based setting for individuals required to participate in a mentor program to receive the school counselor endorsement according to § 24:28:27:02. The certificate is issued to a person meeting the requirements of § 24:28:27:07.
