An educator with a technology integrationist education specialist certificate is eligible to assist with the utilization of technologies to support student achievement in a school setting. The certificate is issued to a person with a standard, professional, or advanced teaching certificate, or standard or professional administrator certificate, and meeting the requirements of § 24:28:27:08.
