Section 20:10:36:62 - Jurisdictional small generator facilities rated over ten megawatts

Jurisdictional small generator facilities rated over ten megawatts shall start with the tier 4 process and modify it as needed by mutual agreement. In addition, the over ten megawatts technical requirements shall start with the technical standards and modify the standards as needed by mutual agreement.
