Section 13:20-9.5 - Passenger vehicles or motorcycles

Person with a disability vehicle registration plates and placards shall be issued for use on passenger vehicles or motorcycles only and in no event shall a vehicle registration plate or placard be issued for or used on a vehicle that is used for commercial purposes.
