Section 13:20-9.4 - Limitation on number of certificates

One set of person with a disability vehicle registration plates and/or one placard may be issued to a qualified person with a disability. In no event shall the number of person with a disability license plates and placards issued to any one person with a disability exceed one set of plates and one placard.
