Section 10A:13-5.3 - Job/wage variance considerations(a) Job/wage variance recommendations and approval or disapproval shall be handled in accordance with 10A:13-5.4 and considerations shall be based upon, but not limited to the following: 1. The operational effectiveness of the correctional facility;2. The professional or technical job skills required;3. The job knowledge and abilities required;4. The projected period of time or season for which the job/wage will be required;5. Examples of work associated with the job duties; and6. The continuing need to maintain an existing job/wage variance.
