Section 10A:10-7.4 - Appointment of a guardian or trustee

If the foreign national inmate is a minor or is unable to understand his or her right due to a physical, medical or mental inability, the Administrator shall notify in writing the appropriate consular post of the necessity to appoint a guardian or trustee.
