Section 10A:10-7.3 - Visits and correspondence with a foreign national inmate

(a) A consular officer visit with a foreign national inmate shall be permitted in compliance with 10A:18-6.5, Special visits.

(b) A consular officer shall have the right to visit, converse, correspond and/or arrange for legal representation of a foreign national inmate. The consular officer shall refrain from taking action on behalf of a foreign national inmate if the inmate opposes such action.
