Section Res 2405.03 - Television Advertisements

The following shall apply to projects which include television commercials:

(a) All television commercials broadcast shall be of a general nature and shall not feature individual businesses;

(b) The words "New Hampshire" shall be featured in all audio and visual portions of commercials or announcements; and

(c) A story board and script of the commercial or announcement shall be submitted to the screening committee.
