Section Res 2405.04 - Radio Advertisements

The following shall apply to projects which include radio commercials:

(a) All radio commercials broadcast shall be of a general nature and shall not feature individual businesses;

(b) The words "New Hampshire" shall be featured in all audio portions of commercials or announcements; and

(c) A script of the commercial or announcement shall be submitted to the screening committee.
