Section Res 2405.02 - Brochure Requirements

Any project which includes the production and printing of brochures shall:

(a) Be designed primarily for distribution out-of-state;

(b) Be clearly oriented to promote industrial and business location and expansion or to encourage workforce recruitment to an area;

(c) Contain a detailed distribution program for the total number of brochures printed as a result of this project;

(d) Display prominently the words "New Hampshire" and the state logo on the cover;

(e) Include on the inside of either the front or back cover:

(1) The date printed, with the month and year in the MM/YY format;

(2) The quantity printed, using "KK" to indicate thousands and "M" to indicate millions; and

(3) The statement "This brochure is paid for in part by the State of New Hampshire;"

(f) Be produced by a professional designer;

(g) Provide a comprehensive brochure dummy, including proposed copy for all printed materials, to the screening committee;

(h) Contain at least 3 competitive bids for printed materials; and

(i) Be reviewed by the program administrator of the DED to ensure compliance with this section prior to production of the materials.
