At the presentation described by Res 2403.10 each applicant shall describe the proposed project in detail regarding all elements of the project whether or not those elements are being submitted for matching funds. Only one application shall be required per project although a project may consist of more than one element such as brochure production, brochure distribution, and a related advertising program. Although only one application shall be submitted for multi-element projects, each element shall be described in full and shall meet the criteria as outlined in this part.
