Section Puc 3004.09 - Notice of Termination of Service(a) When a customer has failed to meet any of the material terms and conditions of its agreement for natural gas service with a CNGS, the CNGS may terminate the agreement pursuant to (b) below.(b) The CNGS shall provide written notice of termination of the agreement to the customer no less than 30 days prior to the termination, which notice shall state the reason(s) for termination and the date upon which the termination will be effective.N.H.
