Section Puc 3004.10 - Customer Protections Required of Aggregators(a) An aggregator shall, within 5 days of entering into an agreement with a customer, provide the customer with a written statement disclosing the following information: (1) The name, business address, telephone number, and e-mail address of the aggregator;(2) The nature of any business relationships or affiliations with any CNGS or LDC;(3) The toll free telephone number of the commission's consumer services and external affairs division and a statement that customers may contact the commission if they have any questions about their rights and responsibilities; and(4) A statement, not inconsistent with Puc 3004.11, of the customer information that will be accorded confidential treatment.(b) The disclosure statement required by this section shall be written in plain language, and be legibly typed or printed in a font size no smaller than 12 point.(c) An aggregator shall comply with the telephone solicitation provisions of Puc 3004.03.N.H. Admin. Code § Puc 3004.10
