Section Pos 901.06 - Continued Eligibility(a) A recipient of a prior award, who continues to work in a former workforce shortage area, and for which they have received a prior award, shall continue to be eligible for a maximum of 5 years, even if it is no longer designated a shortage area.(b) For continued eligibility, a prior recipient shall annually submit an application by the deadline specified in Pos 901.04.N.H.
