Section Pos 901.07 - Eligible Service(a) Eligible service under the workforce incentive program shall be full-time employment in New Hampshire in the workforce shortage area as designated by the commission.(b) Service shall be for the following durations: (1) If service is in education, an eligible year of service shall be the academic year as determined by the institution; or(2) If service is in other than education, an eligible year shall be one calendar year.N.H.
