Section Pos 901.05 - Eligibility

An eligible applicant under this program shall:

(a) Show evidence, through the submission of a completed application, that he or she has completed one year of service in New Hampshire for each year of loan repayment;

(b) Not have received more than 4 prior awards;

(c) Have completed the service after July 1, 2002; and

(d) Submitted the application by the deadline.
