Section Pos 901.02 - Description of Program(a) The workforce incentive program shall be designed to assist New Hampshire employers in the recruitment and retention of employees by providing educational loan repayment for service in workforce shortage areas.(b) Employers shall be encouraged to match dollar for dollar state funds awarded under this program to those employees eligible to participate in this program.(c) Awards made under this program shall be for the repayment of educational loans.N.H.
