Section Pos 801.03 - Institutional Application(a) Each institutional applicant to participate under RSA 188-D:33-35 in the leveraged incentive grant program shall complete and execute a grant agreement available from the postsecondary education commission at 3 Barrell Court, Concord, NH 03301-8543.(b) Institutional applicants shall supply the following information on the grant agreement:(1) The name of the institution;(2) The amount of funds accepted and to be matched; and(3) The name and title of the institution's authorized official.(c) The institution's authorized official shall sign and date the grant agreement.(d) The institution shall also submit:(1) A current certificate of good standing issued by the New Hampshire secretary of state; and(2) A certificate of authority stating who is authorized to sign on behalf of the institution.N.H.
