Section Pos 801.02 - Purpose and Scope of Program(a) The leveraged incentive grant program in RSA 188-D:33-35 is designed to provide scholarship assistance on the basis of merit and need to full-time undergraduate students who are New Hampshire residents and who have completed their freshman year at an accredited New Hampshire institution.(b) Grant distribution shall be determined by the postsecondary institution.(c) Grants shall not exceed financial need as defined in 801.1(j).(d) The leveraged incentive program shall be conducted under the rules adopted by the commission.N.H.
