Section Pari 806.59 - Qualifications for Greyhound Racing Totalisator CompanyIn addition to the qualifications set forth in Pari 806.35 above, an applicant for a license under Pari 806.01(a) (40) to serve as a totalisator company shall:
(a) Be recommended for the occupational license by a person, corporation or association licensed under RSA 284:15-a;(b) Possess, and submit to the commission, a written, executed contract between the applicant and a licensee under RSA 284: 15-a, to act as a totalisator company at a racing premises;(c) Possess and agree to utilize equipment which is capable of providing a written printout of all transactions relative to pari-mutuel wagering on greyhound races that take place at the racing premises;(d) Be incorporated, formed, or registered with the secretary of state to do business in, the state of New Hampshire; and(e) Agree to provide the commission within 48 hours of a request by the commission, a record of any transaction or all transactions specified by the commission under Pari 806.23(c).N.H.
