Section Pari 806.58 - Qualifications for Greyhound Racing VendorIn addition to the qualifications set forth in Pari 806.35 above, an applicant for a vendor's license under Pari 806.01(a) (39) shall:
(a) Be recommended for the occupational license by a person, corporation or association licensed under RSA 284:15-a;(b) Possess, and submit to the commission, a written, executed contract between the applicant and at least one kennel, or between the applicant and a licensee under RSA 284: 15-a, to sell goods or services at the racing premises where the kennel will operate or which is operated by the licensee under RSA 284: 15-a;(c) Possess, and submit to the commission and the licensee under RSA 284: 15-a at whose racing premises the vendor will operate, a written list of the goods or services that the applicant will offer for sale; and(d) Possess, and submit to the commission and the licensee, a written statement of the precise location on the racing premises where goods or services will be offered for sale.N.H.
